About me

Ben is a Senior Associate at Clyde & Co in the Energy, Engineering, Marine and Construction team working on a range of international disputes.

Previously, Ben was an Associate with Pinsent Masons LLP, specialising in projects and construction and providing project advice in relation to buildings and large-scale infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally. While at Pinsent Masons LLP, Ben undertook two secondments: firstly to Pinsents' Doha office to work on a multi-billion dollar dispute; and secondly to Balfour Beatty Plc working as Legal Counsel.

Ben is experienced in various forms of dispute resolution and advises on the operation of contracts and the resolution of disputes through negotiation, adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation. He also advises on the major standard forms of contract, in particular NEC and JCT.
